Shipping Information
$13.00 flat shipping rate on all orders within Canada and United States.
$30.00 flat shipping rate for all international orders.
All parcels will be sent with Canada Post within Canada, and USPS within the United States.
Tracking number will be provided to you once your package has shipped.
Please email ZULA directly info@zulajewelry.com if you would like a quote for a different postal carrier or courier.
Orders shipped outside of Canada or overseas may be subject to Duty Charges or Import tariffs. ZULA is not responsible for additional fees that may occur.
RUSH SHIPPING: Please email ZULA directly at info@zulajewelry.com if you require a piece in a hurry and will let you know if it is possible (additional shipping charges may apply).
Returns & Exchanges
It is important that you love your ZULA pieces! ZULA creates quality work for you to cherish for years to come, if unsure about style upon ordering please reach out for guidance! Sometimes jewelry might not be a perfect fit and that is why ZULA allows returns + exchanges within these perimeters:
All return or exchange requests must be communicated by email to info@zulajewelry.com within 72 hours of receiving your package.
All exchanges or returns must arrive back to ZULA within 14 days of original purchase.
All items must arrive back at the shop in original condition and with the original packaging and receipt of purchase.
All returns must be sent by trackable mail.
ZULA does not assume responsibility for any shipping costs, duties or import tariffs incurred on any returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending out your exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Any packages that are sent COD or that arrive without previous communication or return authorization from us will be denied.
Pieces received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value. If you'd like to exchange for a greater value, the difference will be paid by the customer.
